At 18 weeks my old jeans don't fit but I'm not big enough for the full "pouch" maternity jeans. These are a perfect alternative. Elastic panels at the front make sitting at a desk all day comfortable. I also like how they still button up like normal jeans so I can wear shorter jumpers & no one even notices that they are maternity jeans. The elastic/button adjustment on the inside of the waistband help to keep them up and also means they'll fit for months to come. Possibly they won't do the job all the way to 40 weeks & the standard "pouch" style will still be necessary but I'm delighted to have these in the meantime! Wish they did them in more colours
